Question: What are your delivery and shipping schedules?
Answer: We normally despatch
items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of
stock, it will be marked "backordered" on your order acknowledgement
and sent out as soon as they are available.
“We aim to deliver within 7
days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to
arrange an alternative date or a refund”.
Question: How much RX 5, 7 or 10 do I need to treat my car?

Question: Can you use a combination of RX5 and RX10 to treat the chassis?
Answer: Yes, the result will be a perfect rust preventing coating. RX10 is standard available in black but is also available on special order in any RAL colour. The customer will have to provide us the correct RAL number.
Question: Is it possible to use RX5 over existing paint?
Answer: No, the result is unpredictable. If possible you can try a little RX5 on a small area. But for the best result we advice to use RX5 on bare metal. After sanding or stripping leave the metal for 24 hours to form a fine layer of fine rust. This little bit of rust is necessary to form a perfect bonding with RX5
Question: Is it possible to paint over RX10?
Answer: Yes and no. It is possible to paint over RX10 with synthetic paint only. RX10 is developed to be the final step. If required, RX10 is available in all RAL colours.
Question: Can I use Caprotech products in winter?
Answer: We advise not to use Caprotech products when the temperature is below 12 degrees.
